There hasn’t been a dedicated women’s flag football league for adults 18+ in our area. Most opportunities are coed, which limits space for women to compete, develop, and build something of their own.
With flag football heading to the Olympics in 2028, the game is only going to continue to grow. The movement is already happening in Oklahoma City at the youth level, and there’s a real need for a next step. A place for women to continue playing, leading, and being visible in the sport.
Think about your sister, your niece, your cousin, or the girl next door. What they see matters. When women have a place to compete and lead, younger girls see what’s possible for themselves.
By participating in this league, you’re not just playing.
You’re helping build a pathway for women in flag football. You’re creating representation for adult female athletes. And you’re inspiring the next generation to believe there’s a place for them in this game.
